Reason for leaving – Employer moved to smaller house 3 bedroom condo and no longer require helper as the kids also grown up.

Duties: All house work, cooking, care for grandma (diabetic patient) assist shower, give medicines include insulin everyday and use wheel chair for weekly medical check up and exercise.

Went back to rest for a while after employer got suitable helper to replace her.

Reason for leaving – unable to cope with the entire job scope as 1 helper in the house.

Cooking Skills

Elani is an all-round cook, confident in preparing daily family meals. She can follow recipes well and is always willing to learn new dishes.

Chinese dishes – stir-fried vegetables, steamed fish, herbal soups, fried rice, chicken curry, porridge, noodles.

Indonesian dishes – ayam penyet, rendang, soto, sayur asem, tempeh dishes, sambal varieties.

Western dishes – pasta, roasted chicken, baked fish, salad, grilled meats, sandwiches.

Indian dishes – dosa, idli,(knows the method to grind batter for making idly and dosa) sambar, rasam, spicy vegetable dishes, different types of chutneys (peanut chutney, mint chutney, tomato chutney, coconut chutney) chicken curry, mutton curry, fish curry, masala chicken, Laddu, murukku, chicken and mutton Biryani, Chapatti, Dhal, Aloo paratha, Channa masala and able to make dough for making paratha and Chapatti.
